Playback of purchases track from Amazon Music on Sonos

I have a rain sound file for white noise I bought on Amazon music and have streamed it fine since 2013 as I have bad tinnitus and helps me sleep using white noise. Recently it failed to playback but the odd other few sound tracks I have work fine from amazon music.

I have switched it off/on, upgraded Sonos to latest version, disconnected/reconnected to the amazon music service but it wont work. 

I have a sonos move and i can use it on airplay fine but does work. I am using iOS 27.0.1 and latest Sonos app and firmware. Any ideas?

Since other purchased tracks are working fine, it’s probably best to contact Support.

​@phutton44, Can “Rain Sounds” be played without any issues in both the Amazon web player and the Amazon Music app for iOS?

Hi Smilja,

Yes it can be played fine on the Amazon Music App on my iPhone and the Amazon Web player with no issue.

    Sometimes Amazon changes things around and breaks the Sonos link. Try deleting the Sonos entry and recreating it.
