Pandora: Sorry, try again in a few moments - Not able to play anything from Pandora

Pandor gives the message “Sorry, try again in a few moments” but does not work.

I have removed the app from my iphone, readded the app, reauthorized Pandora but same message,

My Pandora userid works and I can play the pandora app and or go to pandora.com and play music.

what am I missing?

As I recall, Pandora was having issues yesterday, but a quick check of https://status.sonos.com shows that it’s working today. I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Remember, most, if not all, streaming services use different servers/access points for Sonos then their own apps, in order to fold in SMAPI, which gives your Sonos controller access.

Remember, merely submitting a log file does essentially nothing, as discussed in the

Diagnostics - How do they work? thread. You need to also call in for them to look at it.
