no music/radio playback after connecting to new WiFi router

I’ve recently had a new WiFi router. I have connected my Sonos One to the new network and enabled Alexa, Spotify, Amazon music etc. if I ask Alexa to play a radio station, it responds normally ….”playing Planet Rock from Rayo” for example, but then it doesn’t play anything.

Unplug the One from power for a couple of minutes. Also disable and re-enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa app.
