Music service missing

Planet Radio isn't available today and when I try to access the service Sonos gives a message that it's not available in my country.  Nothing has changed with my connection at home.  Any ideas?

I have found a solution. There is a service in the Sonos app called Rayo. Which apparently is the new name for Planet Radio. I’ve added this service and everything now seems OK. It’s the first I’vew heard of a new home for Planet Radio

Same here. Music Service not available in the app and not listed here https://support.sonos.com/en-us/services?region=gb

 

The Sonos app updated on my iPhone yesterday don’t kniow if this is the issue

Don’t know what has happened but you can get Scala on TuneIn

    I have had feedback from Bauer Audio and they confirm that Rayo is now the way to access Planet Radio music.

      Thanks for the great info.  I've set up Rayo as a service and all is working again.
