Not really much detail to provide any guesses, beyond the potential that the Sonos Port isn’t properly connecting to your new Orbi.

Did you follow the instructions at the new router - installation instructions FAQ?

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
