Issues with Bitdefender not allowing access to music

We are not able to get music files to connect, I think it has something to do with bitdefender, but so far nothing I have found online is helping.  This is on a Windows 10 system.

You need to tell us a bit more about where your files are and how you’ve concluded you can’t reach them because of Bitdefender.
