IDAGIO albums not playable in Sonos app

I am adding my voice, again, to the many frustrated users who cannot understand the complete lack of interest from Sonos in fixing this issue. It was working in the old Sonos app, it should not be hard to fix it.

      There is no answer - just deafening silence in relation to any plan to fix the problem.
