How do you manage to get the visual track information to keep up with the track being played. It used to work but not now.

Help. My Sonos takes about 4 attempts before it will play. Then the visual information does not keep up with the track being played. If the system plays for longer than two hours I receive the famous "no products found " message. Meaning everything freezes. So frustrating. Any ideas. I'm not a computer engineer IT graduate. I bought Sonos as a plug and play.
