connecting when the speaker is playing but the cell phone says it can't find any okay

So here's my situation, I've had a Sonos 3 working for years. I just had to update the Sonos app and now the app cannot find the Sonos. But if I press play on the Sonos it's playing music. I have removed the Sonos app from my phone and reinstalled it. No change

Furthermore, when I hit find a product, it searches and won't see the Sonos. 3. That is playing music 5 ft from it.…
