Can,t Play music In Music Library After upgrade 13.1

I’m use NAS to Play music in sonos,Before update Ver 13.1 is All can Play,After update All File name NOT English alphabet Can’t Play,Just Display ????????.mp3 ,is some change in Ver 13.1?Can FIX ?
