Can't listen to lecture on android phone

I have a Google phone (Pixel 3a). I want to hear a lecture I found on the web and is now playing on my phone, but I want to hear it on my Sonos speaker. How do I do that? My Sonos 1 account only wants to play “playlists”. So…..what do do? THANKS!!!

The audio file has to be in your devices music folder and in a supported format. See the following Sonos Support documents on how to play the audio stored on your Android device:
