Beam Ultra software compatibility

Unfortunately, my Beam Ultra arrived today. 

I'm not able to unpack it or install it for a couple of days; mega frustrating!

How are other new owners finding theirs?

If one is willing to trust those who upload there. While my experience is rare, and old, all of the software I’ve gotten from there was infected in some way. I finally gave up.

    A logical guess, but no; just bad timing and circumstance.

      Just Alexa support is missing… 

      Maybe I didn’t notice if there was Information about that. Otherwise I hope it’s just a question of time and Sonos still has to manage Alexa support for Beam Ultra with Amazon.
