My Sono app will not connect to my Android phone or my new ipad but it will connect to my wife's iPhone and her older ipad and I don't know why

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting to your Sonos system with your Android smartphone and new iPad.

Have a look at our Support Article Sonos App requirements and make sure your devices meet them.

If you’d like to provide us with a little bit more information, what are the models of your Android smartphone and iPad that you are trying to use?

When you tap on “Join existing system" does it fail to find your Sonos System? Can you share a screenshot?
