alarm time entry keypad not working

Samsung S25 Ultra

When setting alarm time, keypad isn't staying on screen which prevents entry of the numbers.

Without repro details and a diagnostic that shows the issue, they’re unlikely to look at it. So as @106rallye says, a call in is your best bet. Merely posting in this thread is unlikely to get any significant activity.

Hey everyone - got the support bot and no human conversation escalation after these standard recommendations failed to improve: Reset app, uninstall/ reinstall app, if not addressed then sent email to support.

And heard nothing but crickets in 48 hrs.

Didn’t realize support had an email, only phone calls. They don’t list anything on the contact page. Which email did you send to?

I wouldn’t count on the Chatbot, either, I’d want to talk to someone on the phone.
