access denied to synology NAS for Play 5 gen1 and connect AMP gen 1 all other sonos work

My sonos system suddently gets “access denied” to my synology NAS but only for my Play 5 gen 1 and connet AMP gen 1. New sonos AMP and play 1 works fine? Hope someone are able to help me???
