Where are my Spotify playlists?

Why when I search under playlists on Sonos do I not see my Spotify playlists? Many of these are uniquely named and should be readily visible and yet they never appear in searches. I have all my playlists set to "Public". Any tips? I’d like to able to access my playlists from other Sonos systems (at work, at events, etc.). Thank you for the help!

Greetings,

We’ll do our best to assist you with the situation. Try removing your Spotify account within the Sonos app and re-link your account back into your Sonos system. If you cannot access your Spotify playlist within Sonos, Submitting a diagnostic through the app provides us with a snapshot of your system so we can help identify what is causing your issue. Then, please reply back the diagnostic confirmation number so I can take a closer look at the issue.

You always have the option of playing from the Spotify app to Sonos.
