Support Windows 8 RT for Surface Tablet and Windows Phone 8 for Mobile Devices

This is not a full windows 8 platform but will work new surface tablet and Samsung and others plan to use this OS which is not fully windows 8 compatible. It would be very helpful if sonos would support this as the tablet looks promising.

      How long can it take? I have my windows 8 phone but have had to keep my iPhone as a sonos controller! Ridiculous, i'ts just an app. Please sort this asap. Thanks.

      I bought my Sonos a couple of months ago and I really like. The PC controller software works fine but an App for Windows 8/RT and Windows Phone 7/8 would make the Sonos user experience even better, a lot better! Sonos, please, please... 🙂

      please create a windows rt and windows phone 8 app. i hate the pro apple. I find it worrying that is seen only on Apple. Microsoft has created excellent products. Why not collect with companies such as SONOS? Working only APPLE fans in Santa Barbara?

      Seen only on Apple? Huh-wha? I don't know if you noticed, but there is also a Sonos Android app for phones and tablets, which even has some features the Apple apps do not (direct connect to Sonosnet, Widget/Announcements for the app).

      yes, thats correct. but the android app released after 1 year later than the iphone app... and now, i'm waiting sooo long for the windows phone 7 app, or now the windows phone 8 and windows rt app

      Need Win Phone 8 control. I currently have to use my wifes/daughters iphones to control my own system. How depressing is that???
