speaker volume down

the app keeps turning my speaker volume down.

Wait until it happens again and run a diagnostic, post the ID number here and someone should get back to you.

    Diagnostic # is 2000163722
    Playbar works fine. Pool area runs off a Sonos Connect amp. Also have a bridge. The pool area sound turns itself down. Pool area is about 110 ft away. Used to work fine. Did replace a failed Sonos Connect amp previously. Ideas to fix?
