If I connect a Sonos Amp with 2 non-Sonos speakers and sub…Will I be able to control the volume on each individual speaker through the Sonos app? Thanks in advance!

An Amp acts as a one zone, meaning all speakers wired to a single Amp will play the same content at the same volume. So you will be able to control the volume of the speakers in the Sonos app but the volume will always be the same on both speakers.
