Sirius channels are misidentified in the app this morning. Ch73 60’s gold shows undefined Cincinnati Reds w the logo Channel 73 60’s Gold??? Other channels have the same misidentified issue pointing to other Sirius channels.
I generally find myself using the SiriusXM for the sports play by play channels, so this has become a fairly massive inconvenience. Also finding out during this whole thing that the team is in channels sun tab functionality in the SiriusXM Sonos app is also broken, but that’s another story.
This is actually the bigger unaddressed issue now that the meta data issue has been resolved. I am in the same boat is I can't get my live channels to scroll past 31 in the app. They do appear in my library if they were saved. And on the Roams Alexa will play them when voice prompted. But on the App on both Android and iOS only lists channel 2-31 under live channels.
I have uninstalled Sonos, SiriusXM, removed the service, readded the service, cleared the cache and data, restarted speakers and even had the router replaced. All to no avail.
And I have a ticket open with Sonos with no ETA. Other than it's a "bug".
There’s no ETA because Sonos cannot fix it. All the information displayed in the Sonos app is the responsibility of the service provider. It’s a SiriusXM problem, Sonos merely displays what the service sends them. If the service sends the wrong stuff, there’s no way of Sonos knowing what is the right stuff to display.

Not to make this a fight on the internet. Sonos has told me this a bug on their end. A known bug right now unrelated to information being sent to them by SiriusXM. Because I can ask Alexa to play any channel and it does correctly they verified that the system is receiving the information and channels correctly. But it is their (Sonos) app that is not able to process and display the information for some users. Not all users are experiencing this. Yes SiriusXM is a giant pain and they cause plenty of problems. But in this case Sonos has told me this is a bug on their end but don't have a good fix right now or an ETA. Is what it is.
Try the Desktop app and see if the 31 channel limit hits it too. If it does, this is a Sirius problem, if it does not, its a bug in Sonos mobile, which wouldn’t be the first time.

I was in the Desktop app yesterday, and the Live Channels listing is indeed truncated. So, a Sirius problem, as I stated.
And @DRegan00, yes not to make it a fight on the internet, but I would never expect any first line phone support staff to know what the current bug list is, nor who is supposed to fix it. Not an optimum way of doing things, but a caller trusting phone support staff level “knowledge” of things only known to an Engineering staff is an exercise in futility.
And in case you didn’t know, @controlav has years of experience in interfacing with Sonos on a programmatic level, and if they say its a SiriusXM problem, it’s a SiriusXM problem.
I will stand corrected and issue apologies. I have always had good success with Sonos support and had no reason to believe they was being intentionally or unintentionally mislead by them about the source of the issue. I was just in the desktop app on two browsers on and Android and iOS device and the SiriusXM is indeed cut off.
In my case this is just the icing on the cake issue for others that have been unresolved for months. Again with both Sonos and Sirius blaming each other. Being primarially an Android user I wish it was as easy as just using the AirPlay function.
Excuse my frustration. But the lack of (apparent) somebody wanting or able to fix this for consumers who have spent considerable resources into this system.
Thank you for the suggestions. Appreciate your time.

No problem. It is not intuitive as to who is to blame without knowing the underlying architecture. As far as one blaming the other is concerned, as I stated first line support staff almost always get it wrong. I always ignore anything support says unless on the very rare occasion I get to speak to 2nd tier or Engineering level staff. That goes for both Sonos and SiriusXM support. Outside of the scripts they use, they really don’t know much (nor should they, given their role). That’s not a critique, just a fact.
