How do I play my iPhone apps through sonos. In particular the “calm” app?

    Open up your Sonos app. Click on "...More", and then click on "Add Music Services". Scroll down to "Calm" and add it.

    Or, if you have a Sonos speaker that can receive an AirPlay 2 capability, you could use AirPlay 2 to "send" most audio (not all, depends on the app itself) to the Sonos speaker.
