Fast EQ short cut

Just wondering if anyone else feels this may be of use. I'd love there to be faster direct access to the EQ settings via the currently playing song menu. I'm often adjusting bass etc to suit varying sound qualities of different tracks. It seems a little long winded as it is.

      Totaly agree, there is definatly need for quick select options for custom EQs, pain in the arse when watching music on TV and having to adjust from normal TV movie viewing settings, then having to reset again, again and again! Sort it SONOS x

        I emailed Sonos with the same suggestion! They said it would be added to the 'want' list.
        5 clicks to get to the EQ once the app is open is too many.

            EQ SHORTCUT YES PLEASE! It would be wonderful to have a one-touch shortcut between the EQ and the Now Playing screen or whatever it’s called. The mix on every track is different and I find myself using an iPad as main controller and an iPhone to adjust EQ. As an old rocker I like a bit of bass but even I have to moderate it when Goldfrapp’s Systemagic threatens to bring the house down.

            More - Settings - Room Settings - Living Room - EQ is just too many taps. Getting back is OK – just two taps.

            Perhaps I should get out more.

            Been asked for a lot - no sign of.

            You can in the app Sonosequencr create profiles for the equalizer that you can go in and one-click button launch. You could create like Rock Profile, Vocal Profile, etc. and then just click on the button to adjust the speaker.

            Looks like this is an older thread but I completely agree a shortcut to EQ is needed. I go from news to music to a baseball game and with the non-music listening I want to let off the bass a little. This frustration in UX makes me long for my old Nakamichi TA-2A where I could just adjust a dial in a fraction of the time it takes in the Sonos app.

            100% agree. It takes me several taps to get to EQ settings - why? I don't want to navigate the app for 20 seconds while I'm trying to listen to something. It distracts from the listening experience.

            Sometimes all I need to do is toggle the loudness setting, this shouldn't take 6 taps.

            Same here! I’m a professional installer and have installed many Sonos products. This is one question I get all the time. Why so many clicks before you eventually get to the EQ setting?
