Error 1002 - error loading library

Hi
I have followed all the support instructions to load my library, unplugged speakers, checked filename etc. but nothing is resolving the error. Diagnostic ref 971952208.

Any suggestions please?

    It will be at least another 18 hours or so before the EU Community moderators are back at work.

    It would be great if someone could provide a minimal example, configuration and steps to reproduce so this can be investigated further.
