Hoping someone can help.

I have 2 x Era 100's as a stereo pair coupled to Sub Mini, I currently subscribe to Spotify as my main streaming service, can any tell me would there be a noticeable difference if I were to a switch to a streaming service offering lossless - hi-res streaming?

Spotify have been alluding to a hi res service for years but it still it hasn't materialised so considering the switch.

I recently experimented the same topic. But instead I went from Qobuz to Spotify, only because Spotify had the promotion. At first I noticed them straight away, but it depends on the music and its recordings. I certainly could tell the difference on the percussions, and just the depth. It just sounds better. My speakers are B&W Matrix and they certainly sounded better on them, but then, when I listened to them on the Sonos Move, the Spotify actually sounded OK, and you couldn't really tell..!  Unless you want to get real proper speakers, don't bother, and just stay with Spotify. I personally have both but I know which streamer I use each and every time. Unless I'm driving I rather Tidal or Qobuz.
