Hi Sonos,

After uninstalling, unplugging, and removing functions within the app.  Nothing works again.  I've never had a problem before and I cannot enjoy my music or options with my Sonos.  Looking for some help to see what and when is this going to be fixed. 

What are you actually seeing in the app? 
And have you tried installing the Sonos desktop app for Windows or Mac from the Sonos website as that can often help, if you log in there, as it seems to have some of the old app architecture.
