Music Library not showing in ios/android apps when adding Surround speakers

My NAS music library shows properly on the latest iphone, android and Windows apps.

However, when adding surround speakers (2 Sonos one) to my playbase+sub setup, the library stops showing up in the iphone and android apps. Removing the surround speakers will make them show up again, so it’s 100% replicable.

This didn’t happen with the former apps.

The Windows app keeps on showing the libray and working properly all the time.

Haven’t seen it reported, so I thought it would be interesting to share

Hi @pdelgado

I can confirm that the issues are linked, and the situation you have reported is already under investigation. I have no estimate for when a fix might be put in place, but I will update this thread when I hear of it.

Thanks again for flagging.

Hi @pdelgado

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with Music Library disappearing from the app as soon as you add surrounds to your Playbase.

Thanks for flagging - while I too have not heard anything matching this description exactly, it does sound connected to an issue we are currently investigating whereby a Playbar will see Music Library go missing when a sub is bonded to it. I’ll see if I can get the scope of the investigation to be widened.

Could you please aid the investigation by submitting a support diagnostic while Music Library is missing from the app? Please let me know here when you have done so, but please don’t share the number given. Thanks.

I will update this thread once I hear more about this.

I hope this helps.
