I have a MacbookAir on my network upon which is a folder of 4692 songs.  I have added it to my music library, but when shuffled, only 1907 songs appear in the queue.  No amount of tweaking seems to change this situation.

I just want all the songs to play in random order.  Is there some other way to achieve this?

I don’t know what difference it makes, but I renamed all the tracks (song1 - song4692) - updated the library, and now shuffling adds them all to the queue.  Curious.

Hi @orangekevin

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you were having.

That is curious! I cannot imagine why that might be - I can only suggest getting in touch with our technical support team if you encounter anything similar again.

Are the tracks in sub-folders, or all in one folder together? I know that the folder view of the Music Library in the Sonos app will only offer the Play/Shuffle buttons when there are playable files in the current folder, and I don’t think they add files recursively from sub-folders, if that helps?
