Not familiar with a ‘jiosavaan’ app, but you don’t normally connect an ‘app’ to Sonos, you add a streamer to the Sonos application, based on those who have added themselves to the Sonos ecosystem.
If you have an Apple phone, you could use AirPlay 2 to send an apps signal to some Sonos devices, or Bluetooth. An Android would be restricted to Bluetooth, but again, you need a Sonos device that has a Bluetooth receiver built in.

For what it’s worth, the Sonos Arc has AirPlay 2 built in, but not Bluetooth.
