Frequently (every second or third track in a playlist/album) the Dolby Atmos badge disappears. It re appears when I pauze/unpauze that track.

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with playing Atmos content from Apple Music on your Sonos system.
We are aware of an issue whereby Home Theatre products will cease to display the Atmos badge and start playing in a lower quality, after a time.
We are investigating, but have no estimate for when a fix might be put in place. I will update this thread when I hear of a fix being put in place.
I know of no workarounds that you can use.
