After expending over $5,000 on Sonos equipment and numerous monthly subscriptions, the system has proven to be unusable. I have engaged a law firm to initiate legal action against Sonos and its CEO for fraudulent misrepresentation and false claims regarding the services this product line was purported to provide.

  I agree, how do we come together to try and get compensated for our investment that we are no longer happy with? I’d send them everything back if I could get my money. I so annoyed that I can no longer enjoy music the way I used to, I’m so irritated!  I’m only in for about $4,000 but I sure as hell could put that money to better use.

The same as every other threatened lawsuit.  Pure bluster that never actually gets off the ground.
