SONOS - do the decent thing and stand up and apologise properly. No more of your silly Californian tech soundbites please. 

I completely agree with this post.  Stand up and say sorry, we skrewed up.  We are working non-stop to make things better, and they will get better, just give us a bit of time.  That is how you apologize.
