How to shut sonos off?

You can only shut down the hardware only by pulling the mains power to it. Sonos is designed to remain always on, and moves to stand by mode automatically. No data from your plan is being consumed when you stop streaming music, even if the app remains open.

All apps on the controller can be closed at any time as any other app can be.

    I don't mean on the speaker itself, I mean on my phone or on my computer. How do I logout? I can't find it anywhere. I hate to leave my things open when I am not using them. Do I have to leave pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio, open all the time without loging out of them? How do I close the sonos app? How do I log out of sonos? Thank you!!! I appreciate any help
