Sonos app allows me to add single titles to playlist but doesn't provide a function to add and play full albums at once.
From which music source are you attempting to add albums to the queue, and with which Sonos controller (mobile, desktop)?
Hi, from my laptop with UPnP, I can't use my Qnap since the app doesn't accept flac files at all. I'm using the mobile app with my iPhone

I recollect that's a use case that doesn't work (in terms of queuing entire albums). It works in other cases, i.e. with all streaming services, and with local libraries.

I'm not sure what you mean about FLAC files: they're fully supported by Sonos, as long as they don't exceed 16bit/48KHz resolution, and as long as they're not hosted on the iOS device.
Thanks for your answer. I think it's such a common use of the app to play the files from the HDD of a laptop and find it quite disappointing that such a simple thing is not intended by the app.

Re flac files. I have flac files stored on a Qnap drive (NAS) and when I want to play them from the app, I get an error message saying that an error happened when the app tried to add the file to the queue (error message 701).
Is there any reason you can’t use the standard (supported) mechanisms for setting up your music libraries?

As for the error message, I’d check in with Sonos support on that.
