Hello!

I really struggled with the new Sonos app ((S1>S2 then dashboard change 2yrs back) Truly I was almost ready to dump my system and I’ve been with you guys since 2008.

HOWEVER…

I switched my network over to the 2.4 wi-fi on September 30, because I had a Wi-Fi outage and AT&T told me to split my Wi-Fi system and put Sonos on 2.4 versus 5.0. THEN… Not only did the app start to work better suddenly on October 2… I had an auto update of the app in the subject. And FINALLY!!! Sonos has made leaps and bounds improvement on the speakers and content controls!!! 
I haven’t used the whole app but BRAVO SONOS!!! Everything I would like to do may not be there but this was a HUGE Update to the Application on my iPhone.

I am sorry to hear you were experience issues while using the Sonos App, but I’m glad they were resolved when you split your home Wi-Fi channels.
