white light on permanently
The white light on my Play1 is on permanently. I have tried the recommended reset procedure but this has no effect. Any suggestions?

Hi. Not sure what reset you have done or why. The white light is supposed to be on permanently. If you don’t want it on you can go into the device settings and disable the status light.
