Hello, when I use the spotify application to listen to music from my iphone, I try to turn the volume up or down but it doesn't work .. I see the green volume bar go up and down but the sound always stays at the same intensity ... I am not the only one with this problem, a friend also has the same problem! someone to solve this problem? thank you so much! I use the Sonos Play 1 ...

It sounds like a Spotify issue, but have you first tried a reboot of both the local router/WiFiaccess points and the iPhone?
