The backlight on my Sonus-1xt has stopped working.  Can it be fixed?

What is a Sonus-1xt, there is no such thing. And what do you mean by ‘backlight’?

Also, when I say backlight…. I mean that the display window does not illuminate.  :(

The name of this company is Sonos, not Sonus. The maker of the Sonus-1xt is PURE.
