sonos era 100 pair issue. plays from one speaker only

I am trying to connect a stereo pair of Sonos era 100 to rega turntable with rega pre amp and Sonos line in cable.

When I play as pair sound coming from non line in speaker only. Can have them playing together as a group but not stereo pair.

Sonos technical team not yet been able to resolve.

Have tried changing both to 2.4ghz. Unpair then repair. Tried changing autoplay, delay, factory reset.

Line in showing as right speaker, have read this may be issue and needs to show as left, cannot change this setting though.

Anyone got any new ideas?

Something quite wrong / odd, best to call Sonos support on Monday.

That has bitten me too, I didn't realize I had two Sonos too close together and it only took Sonos support a couple minutes to see the issue.

Feel really dumb, the speakers were in different rooms, a bit of a walk apart, but, both on opposite sides of the same wall and actually only inches apart. A two foot move of one and all was well.

They have found other issues for me too, like a failing USB/Ethernet (no radio) drive that was wiping out one of my stereo pair with RF noise from the electronics.
