I purchased an Orbi to enhance the speed of my internet. I am trying to chance the internet from the Verizon access to the Orbi access on the Sonos but it is not working. Going thru all the steps first with just update router; didn’t work, then took Sonos to the Verizon box and cable with an Ethernet cable and it’s not working either.  Thank you.

What is your controller device connecting to, the Verizon box or the Orbi? It has to be the same.

Try wiring one Sonos device to the root Orbi hub, then test. I’d turn off any WiFi signal the Verizon box is emitting, too, it would likely just interfere with the Orbi signal.
