Playbase WIFI doesn’t work

I set up playbase, sub and two play:1 - all was good. Then the playbase stopped working. I did everything I could including factory reset. It only works with an Ethernet cable and won’t work over WiFi. That would be ok except the two surround sound speakers cut out every second and is totally unusable. Support Diagnostics number 2133572758
