Hi there @deanmodiak1, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about this issue on your Sonos Move. I’ll ask some questions to further check on this issue.

    • When did it start happening?
    • Does it disappear when you're on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth mode?
    • Have you tried to check on other device controllers aside from the Mac if it’s also disappearing?

Please submit a diagnostic and respond with the confirmation number. This way we can identify the cause of this issue and check on the status of your Sonos Move.

Keep us posted on how it goes and we're here to answer any further questions you have.
