loss of BBC Local Radio using tune in and Sonos radio

i m unable to access bbc local radio on my sonos system This applies equally using tune in or sonos radio. On trying to access i keep getting the loop message stating the programme is unavailable due to tecnical or contractual reasons. i am aware of other users suffering the same issue.

I look forward to any help available.

If you’re aware others are having the same issue, have you also tried the suggested solutions? Try a different streaming service, such as Radioplayer.

As you should be able to listen to the BBC in the UK, and on your Sonos devices, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
