Setting up Sonos Amp

Tried both wireless and wired

Entered the 8 digit pin on back of Sonos Amp

Getting error 

we are unable to confirm PIN for your sonos amp

Cannot move past this step, I have tried to reboot my router, phone,  Sonos Amp...
