Connecting Arc Ultra to a Projector Ben Q HT 2150 ST

Hi,

I have BenQ 2150HT. I have ArcanaFury.

I would like to connect that to Arc Ultra. 

I have tried all the advice on the Internet I could find. Am I doing something wrong or is this projector not compatible?

We need more information. What else is connected to the system. Cable box? ROKU? APPLE TV? DVD?,  etc. How are they connected? How long are your HDMI cables?

Are your issues associated with audio, video, or both?

The diagram below is from the HDFury website. Have you contacted them about compatibility with your BenQ projector?

Near as I can tell from looking at the ports on https://www.benq.com/en-us/projector/cinema/ht2150st.html (you have to scroll down), this isn’t an ARC equipped projector. How are you attempting to connect your Arc Ultra?
