Connect S1 Factory Reset Problem

I’m trying to reset a Connect S1 to Factory Settings so I can use it as an addition to my existing system!! Followed the directions and I’m only getting a flashing white LED alternating with a flashing Green mute button!!

According to the LED FAQ, that means it’s ready to be set up.
