Using my Anthony Gallo sub with CONNECT:AMP

Hi, just got my Amp up and running and it's working but no sound from my sub. Any ideas what I may have done wrong? Needless to say the sub is plugged in, switched on and hooked up to the subwoofer port on the Amp. Thanks!

At the least, posting a diagnostic would probably help them help you.

Note that unless the music has sub 100hz content to start with, the Sub will be completely silent. Also, is there a way to test elsewhere whether the Sub works?

Sub works and was the reason i bought the Amp
