No sound from Connect

I am no longer getting sound through my Sonos connect from my turntable. It is connected to Sonos one speakers and was working fine last week. I have looked on the Sonos tips, but no settings have changed since last week so that does not help. My connect still appears as connected in my app. Any suggestions?

hello there @SFC, Sorry to know about this issue on your Sonos connect. If there are no changes made on your system, we can try to get and I’ll ask you to please submit a diagnostic and respond with the confirmation number. This way we can identify the cause of the issue.

Hi @SFC 

Make sure you selected the room with your Sonos One’s as the AutoPlay room under the line-in settings of your Port.

Thanks, yes the room’s selected in auto play. I have tried selecting it manually too, but it still doesn’t work anymore.
