I currently have an amplified turntable that Is connected to a PORT only so I can listen to my LPs through my SONOS speakers I am upgrading my turntable to a non-amplified version. If I upgrade the PORT to an AMP will that still take the input from the Turntable and play through my existing SONOS Speakers?

Yes. The Amp includes the Line-In function that allows you to connect a turntable.
