How do I know if my Connect Amp is Gen 1 or Gen 2?
The serial number is 1604 B8-E9-37-**-**-**-*

You should find that in your account it entitles you to a 15% discount on new Sonos products. If it had been gen 1 then the discount would have been 30%.
