Can someone help explain why some of my products have a network unavailable and there is no way of adding to them? My wifi has no issues

FYI they’ve  removed editing wifi networks from the app, might be related to this.

AndrewUK75, I have exactly the same issue!

The Playbar is the only component that is linked to my BT wifi Network, the sub and two play1’s are listed but status is “Network Unavailable”.

I do not fully understand how this Sonos 2 app works as it seems user unfriendly. I seem to think I had been using the Sonos 1 which had been working ok.

Oddly the TV output is fine thru all player, sun & Play 1’s. Also the single Play 3 in another room is working fine!?

I am holding for technical support and will be for the next 130 minutes apparently!

Same. SHOCKING they release software without core features in - or indeed, actually testing the damned thing!!! I have network unavailable all over my system.

Oh, and my wife’s favourite - “play Boom Radio” for some reason now translates into Play Joe Rogan Podcast. ARGH!

Until today, my Arc, sub and surrounds worked perfectly. Then today, system couldn’t connect to my tv.  Once I got this to work, sub and surrounds won’t connect. What is going on?
